MONTRÉAL PRIDE 2018
Ribbons of solidarity
September 19th 2018
The Foundation participated for the second consecutive year in Pride’s Community Day that took place August, 18. On that day, the Foundation took up the challenge of making 5,000 red ribbons. These ribbons symbolise solidarity with people living with HIV and those who died from AIDS.
Many of you stopped at our booth to participate in the challenge, others came to receive ribbons or simply to show their solidarity with the cause of HIV through a donation!
The 5000 challenge is still being pursued and other opportunities will enable us, with your participation, to achieve it. These ribbons accompany us throughout the year in our different fundraising campaigns and those of our member organisations.
Thanks to the volunteers and other participants!
